Designed and created by the mother daughter duo of Peter James Jewelry in CA this sterling silver and 14kt gold filled necklace is sure to generate some compliments for the wearer.  The gold filled open circle has a high polished hammered finish and features a bezel set 8mm facted blue topaz (think the bright blue skies of the west). High polished fluted sterling silver surrounds 2/3 of the circle, attached to an open link chain with a lobster claw clasp.
